Technically I did post this chapter and the next before November ended. I'm just only now getting around to writing them.

I don't want to turn this site into a diary, but god. It actually blows my mind whenever other people my age are like "i have nothing to do im bored". Everything in my life is running at mach speed and everything wants my attention. It makes me feel bad for releasing this so late.

I'm going to come back to this chapter in the future, I was genuinely excited to write it, it was just bad timing and I didn't feel motivated enough to continue it when I just got a running start with Chapter 3 by comparison. I got more done for Chapter 3 in about 2 hours than I got done for Chapter 2 in 3 weeks. This chapter is going to highlight the new Mayor of Sloth's Pit and also be a catch-up on the Hubble family, which we haven't gotten a proper follow-up on in literal AGES!

I know a low of people who read S&C will read and forget about them, but a general thesis to IV.5 may as well be 'the town is hilariously undeveloped compared to how much we get for Foundation employees. And, ugh, I forgot that I never added what happened to the Tin Lizzy. I'll be adding a portion of that shortly if not later today (As I write revise this, it's 12/8)

I don't have much to say regarding this chapter so far. I didn't want to leave it at nothing nor did I want to ignore last chapter (because Robert and Olivia don't appear in Chapter 3), but I also am not happy with the progress I've made so far.

I'll make better commentary on this later. Just skip this chapter and go to the next one, I'll figure this one out in my own time. Peace!!
